Kofi Boaitey

Kofi Boaitey has extensive experience in the field of quality assurance and food safety. Kofi served as the Senior Director of Quality Assurance and Food Safety at Del Taco LLC, starting in 2015. Prior to that, they were the Director of Food Safety and Quality at LSG Sky Chefs from 2013 to 2015. From 2011 to 2013, Kofi was the Director of Food Safety and Regulatory Compliance at Gemini Food Corporation. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Category Technical Manager for Fresh Foods at Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Markets Inc, where they were responsible for implementing a best-in-class food safety and quality program. Kofi also held positions at CKE Restaurants, Inc. as Director of Quality Assurance from 2000 to 2006, and at Carl Karcher Enterprises as Manager of Quality Assurance from 1996 to 2000.

Kofi Boaitey has a degree in Food Science and Technology with a specialization in Food Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
