Rebecca Yang

Rebecca Yang has a strong background in finance and accounting, with over 20 years of experience. Rebecca has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Starting in 1995, they worked as an Experienced Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen LLP, where they gained experience in analyzing financial and accounting issues. In 1998, they joined DDi Corp. as the Vice-President, Corporate Controller & Chief Accounting Officer, responsible for financial statement preparation and analysis. Rebecca then transitioned to Fuel Systems Solutions, Inc. in 2006, where they served as Treasurer and Director of Financial Reporting. In this role, they oversaw global consolidation activities, prepared SEC filings, and handled the audit process. Rebecca also served as the Interim Corporate Controller and Director of Financial Reporting, resolving accounting issues and preparing and filing financial documents. Rebecca went on to work at Epicor Software Corp as an Accounting/Finance Consultant and at Hansen Beverage Company/Monster Energy as a Finance/Accounting Consultant. Most recently, they held the position of Vice President, Corporate Controller at Del Taco LLC, where they oversaw corporate accounting functions.

Rebecca Yang attended UCLA from 1991 to 1995 and obtained their B.A. in Business Economics with a specialty in Computing.
