Whitney Manuel

Whitney Manuel, Ed.D., currently serves as the Special Education Coordinator for Del Valle Independent School District since August 2023. Previously, Whitney held the position of Campus Support Coordinator at Austin Independent School District, where responsibilities included recommending improvements and assisting teachers with instructional programs for special education. Prior experience includes serving as a Behavior Specialist at Spring Branch ISD and multiple roles within Houston ISD, including Special Education Teacher and Teacher's Aide. Whitney holds a Doctor of Education in Special Education Administration from the University of Houston, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Lamar University, and a Bachelor of Science in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston.
