Alexis Pradille

Alexis Pradille is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and customer support within the aerospace and technology sectors. Currently serving as Sales Director at Delair since February 2018, Alexis oversees sales, training, support, and operations teams, successfully implementing policies that have led to a sevenfold increase in orders. Previous roles at Delair include VP Customer Success and Support, where responsibilities encompassed customer onboarding and managing a global team, and Customer Support Director, focusing on after-sales policies and network development. Prior to joining Delair, Alexis held various positions at Liebherr Aerospace Toulouse, starting as Reliability Customer Support Engineer and progressing to Technical Support Commercial Aircraft Group Leader. Early career experiences also include engineering roles at Turbomeca, Snecma, and HOP!-BRIT AIR. Alexis holds a Master’s degree in Aeronautical Maintenance from ENSAM and an Engineering diploma in Fluid Mechanics and Energetics from ENSIAME.
