Michael Y. Liu, CFA, currently serves as a Managing Director at Guggenheim Securities, where responsibilities revolve around trading Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) and Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDOs). Michael's tenure at Guggenheim Securities began in February 2011, progressing through roles as Director, Vice President, and Associate within the same trading focus. Prior to this, Michael gained experience as an Analyst in Omnium Knowledge Management at Citadel LLC from July 2008 to February 2011, and as a Research Analyst at Brighton House Associates in mid-2007. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Chicago, completing studies in 2009.
