Jonathan Lithgow possesses extensive experience in hospitality management, serving in various leadership roles since 1994. Currently, Jonathan is the General Manager of Lodges and Spa at Delaire Graff Estate, a position held since August 2010. Previous managerial roles include General Manager at Karkloof Safari Spa and Kurland Hotel, along with food and beverage operations management at North Island (Wilderness Safaris). Jonathan began career as Lodge Manager at Singita Boulders Sabi Sand, with notable positions at Huka Lodge and Highgrove House Country Lodge. Jonathan holds a Diploma in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Christina Martin, completed in 1995.
