Alexandre Bortolon Ubaldo has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Alexandre started their career as a Recycling Supervisor, managing a team of 4 people and overseeing printer recycling. Alexandre then worked as a Manager Training at Delamar Greenwich Harbor before becoming the General Manager of Etnia Boutique Hotel. Alexandre went on to serve as the Operational Manager at Delamar Greenwich Harbor, overseeing two enterprises with 240 units. Alexandre then worked as the General Manager at Agulhon Hotel and BHG - Brazil Hospitality Group. Alexandre's leadership skills and success in team training and development led him to their role as the General Manager at Atlantica Hotels, where they managed the implementation and opening of new equipment. Currently, Alexandre is the Director of Operations at Delamar Hotels, where they lead a team in ensuring the conformity to standards of luxury hotels, contributing to cost reduction and new resort management.

Alexandre Bortolon Ubaldo completed a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Tourism Business from UNOPAR - Universidade Norte do Paraná from 1998 to 2002. Alexandre then pursued a Post-Graduation in Hospitality Administration/Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education between 2007 and 2008.
