Dick Fitzgerald has extensive experience in sales and marketing leadership, holding key positions across multiple companies. Currently, Fitzgerald serves as the Sales Manager at Delaney Hardware since March 2014, while also being the Owner and President of Mid Atlantic Sales Group, Inc. since 2011. Previous roles include National Sales Manager at Master Lock Company, where Fitzgerald drove a 25% annual business growth and established a growing product line. Additional experience includes serving as VP of Marketing & Sales at Fletcher Wood Solutions, which focuses on treated exterior wood products, and Nichiha, where distribution strategies for fiber cement sidings were developed. Fitzgerald began a career in the industry as the Director of Builder Marketing at Peachtree Doors and Windows. Fitzgerald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
