Since 2005, Earl has served as Chief Executive Officer and Partner at Delap LLP, demonstrating leadership and expertise in managing client relationships and business operations. Prior to this role, Earl was a Senior Accountant at Johnson & Pena, CPA's from 2002 to 2005, where responsibilities included assisting closely held businesses with accounting, attest, tax preparation, and advisory services. Earl also gained valuable experience as a Senior Associate at KPMG from 2000 to 2002. Earl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Brigham Young University, completed in 2000, and is a graduate of Tigard High School, class of 1994.
