Zofia Szumny

Zofia Szumny has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Poland Manager at DeLaval since June 2015, after holding the positions of HR Poland, UK&Ireland Manager and HR Manager within the same company. Prior to this role, Zofia worked as HR Manager at BNY Mellon from September 2011 to May 2015 and held similar HR Manager positions at Whirlpool between October 2006 and August 2011. Zofia began a career in HR as an HR Specialist focusing on Employee Relations at Toyota Motor Industries Poland in 2005, continuing until 2006.
