Molly Giordano is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the arts and nonprofit sectors. Since August 2010, Molly has held various leadership roles at the Delaware Art Museum, including Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Development & External Affairs, overseeing a department of seven and collaborating with the CEO and trustees on strategic initiatives. Molly previously served as Assistant Director of Development at West End Neighborhood House, Inc., where significant fundraising and rebranding efforts were directed, and as Human Services Transition Coordinator for Markell for Delaware. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Creative Writing from Rosemont College, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Journalism from the University of Delaware.
