Delaware Art Museum
Vanesa Simon is a dedicated arts leader with extensive experience in promoting creativity and community engagement. As the Founder of Mariposa Arts since October 2020, Vanesa Simon has been instrumental in enhancing access to the arts. Additionally, as the Founder and Director of the Healing Through the Arts Program at the Delaware Art Museum since April 2017, Vanesa Simon has developed initiatives that utilize creativity as a healing tool in collaboration with local communities. Vanesa Simon also coordinated the Mariposa @ Grace initiative from March 2021 to January 2024, creating exhibition opportunities for artists and contributing to the Wilmington Art Loop.
