Philip D. Amoa

Philip D. Amoa is a seasoned legal professional and the Managing Partner at McCarter & English, LLP's Philadelphia Office, specializing in M&A, Delaware Corporate Law, LLC & Partnership Law, Venture Capital, and Private Equity. In addition to their role at McCarter & English, Philip serves on the Board of Trustees for Princeton Theological Seminary and holds the position of Corporate Secretary for the Delaware BioScience Association.
