Kelly coordinates all aspects of the scholarship program, from helping those interested in establishing a scholarship fund to the management of the full process for student applicants and recipients. She has been with DCF since 2014 when she moved to Delaware and enjoys helping students achieve their goals with the help of philanthropic donors.
