Jayna McDaniel-Browning

Jayna McDaniel-Browning is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in education management, online services, and marketing. Currently serving as Communications Specialist at Delaware County District Library since October 2021, Jayna has been a Member of the Board of Education for Delaware City Schools since January 2014, assuming the role of President in 2023 and 2019. Previous roles include Social Media/Marketing Consultant for various clients from October 2013 to March 2021, Editor for ColumbusMomsLikeMe.com, and Director of Online Services at Newspaper Network of Central Ohio, where notable achievements included winning the Gannett Presidents Ring in 2006 for outstanding online results. With a BA in English from Ithaca College, Jayna also brings a strong foundation in written and visual communication, demonstrated through various past positions, including Online Manager at The Ithaca Journal and administrative roles in newspaper management.
