Kellen Freeman is an experienced professional in library science and game design, currently serving as Maker Studio Supervisor at Delaware County District Library since December 2012, overseeing multiple Maker Studio locations and managing equipment and supplies. Kellen also works as a Technology Training Specialist, providing technology education to the public, and has previously held roles as a Library Associate, Archives Intern at Otterbein University, and Reference Assistant at Massillon Public Library. In addition, Kellen is a game designer with Cork Board Games, creating strategy board and card games while actively participating in conventions for feedback and publisher pitches. Kellen holds a Master of Library & Information Science from Kent State University, a Master of Theological Studies from Methodist Theological School in Ohio, and a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Philosophy from PennWest California.
