Janella Mae Sapp

Janella Mae Sapp currently serves as an Administrative Specialist III at the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control since February 2022. Prior to this role, Janella worked at the City of Dover from May 2018 to November 2021, holding positions such as Interim City Clerk and Assistant City Clerk/Deputy Director of Council Affairs & Constituent Services. Janella's earlier experience includes roles as a Staff Reporter at The Review, Office Automation Clerk (Student Trainee) in the United States Air Force, and various positions in retail, including Sales Clerk at Lieberman's Bookstore and Francesca's Boutique. Janella holds a Bachelor's Degree in English and an Associate’s Degree in Arts and Sciences from the University of Delaware, attended from 2013 to 2016 and 2013 to 2014, respectively.
