Jennifer Koester

Jennifer Koester is an experienced data professional currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Data at the Delaware Department of Technology and Information since March 2020. Concurrently, Jennifer works as a Fellow at Harvard University, focusing on the analysis of the relationship between early education and kindergarten readiness.
