Naa-Atswei Tetteh, P.E. serves as the DelDOT Traffic Systems Design Project Manager I since June 2018, following a tenure at the Delaware Department of Transportation where roles included Traffic Systems Design Engineer and Traffic Studies Engineer from October 2002 to June 2018. Naa-Atswei Tetteh obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Civil and Environmental from the University of Michigan, completed from 1996 to 2001, and holds an Endorsed High School Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Cass Technical High School, awarded in 1996.
