Sireen Sarabi Muhtaseb, PE, is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering and program management. Currently serving as Engineer Program Manager II at the Delaware Department of Transportation since April 2019, Sireen is responsible for managing traffic impact studies and has held various roles within the department including Engineer IV and Engineer Program Manager I. Prior to delving into program management, Sireen worked as a Project Engineer for Ramesh Batta and gained experience in education as a Substitute Teacher for the Unionville-Chadds Ford School District. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Structural Engineer at the Virginia Department of Transportation and a Civil Engineer at Caltrans and Sacramento County. Sireen holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
