Debra Kent

Debra Kent currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Services at Delaware Hospice, Inc. since 2017 and previously held the position of Director of Hospice Services Statewide. Prior experience includes six years as Senior Administrator at Heartland Hospice, where Debra managed both the hospice and the in-patient unit in Newark, Delaware. Additional roles include Senior Director at Saint Francis Healthcare and Chief Nursing Officer at Chester County Hospital/Penn Medicine. Debra Kent obtained a Master's degree in Management and Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree from the University at Albany.
