Justin Richards

Justin Richards has extensive experience in legislative and political environments, currently serving as a Legislative Assistant to Representative Kim Williams in the Delaware House of Representatives since July 2021. Prior roles include interning for Friends for John Carney, where Justin contributed to campaign strategy and finance operations, and serving with the Biden Institute, assisting in seminar development and communications. As a Legislative Intern for Representative Lisa Blunt Rochester, responsibilities included memos and research on legislative matters. Previous experiences also involve internships at the University of Delaware's Center for Political Communication and the Office of Governor John Carney, focusing on policy research and communication. In addition to political internships, Justin has engaged in tutoring and historical research roles, showcasing a well-rounded skill set in communication, research, and event facilitation. Justin holds a degree from the University of Delaware, completed in 2020.
