Shannon Keith

Shannon Keith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital content strategy, media relations, and education. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Content Strategy and Media Relations for the Delaware House of Representatives since February 2023, Shannon also works as a Digital Media Consultant for Barefoot Studios, providing services in media marketing strategy, social media management, and SEO optimization. Shannon's academic roles include adjunct professorships at Southern New Hampshire University and Keystone College, teaching courses in Desktop Publishing and Graphic Design. Previous positions include Director of Communications at ArtsQuest, Broadcast Specialist for the Democratic Staff, college professor at the University of Scranton, and Editor at Times-Shamrock. Shannon co-owned Infect Scranton Productions, contributing to local fundraising initiatives, and served as Co Creative Director at Pippin Pictures. Shannon holds a Master of Fine Arts in Digital Cinema from National University and a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Marywood University.
