Amber Niles

Amber Niles currently serves as Recruiting Development Manager and previously held the role of Senior Technical Recruiter at DNI (Delaware Nation Industries) since July 2020. DNI is the parent organization for all Information Technology businesses under the Delaware Nation Economic Development Authority. Prior to this, Amber worked as a Senior Recruiter at Inceed from June 2017 to July 2020, specializing in identifying and hiring talent in IT, Accounting, and Finance. Amber began their career as a 4th grade math teacher at Coweta Public Schools from August 2011 to May 2017, teaching over 75 students and ensuring compliance with state math standards. Amber holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Central Oklahoma, where studies were completed from 2005 to 2009.
