Justin Douillard

Justin Douillard is a seasoned professional with a background in technical recruiting and business development, currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter and DoD Skillbridge Lead at Delaware Nation Industries since November 2021. Previously, Justin held roles as a Technical Recruiter at All Native Group from September 2020 to November 2021, and as a Business Development Analyst within the Federal Services Division of Ho-Chunk Inc. prior to that. Justin's military experience includes serving as a Logistics Planner for the United States Air Force from May 2018 to October 2020. Additional roles include Special Projects Officer and Contract Analyst at Cherokee Nation from October 2016 to May 2018, and ownership of Bio-One Oklahoma from May 2014 to March 2017. Justin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from Northeastern State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Mary.
