Elaine Hackman

Elaine Hackman has a substantial work experience in the field of software engineering. Elaine started their career as a Programmer/Analyst at Cole Layer Trumble in 1985 and worked there until 1999. Following this, they joined Kratos Defense and Security Solutions as a Senior Software Engineer, where they stayed until 2013. Their responsibilities at Kratos involved requirements definition, development activities, application sustainment and surveillance, data extraction, and reverse engineering of legacy applications.

After that, they joined Serco-NA as a Senior Software Engineer. Their role at Serco-NA included working as a Development Lead, defining requirements, managing development activities using SDLC, application sustainment and surveillance, and performing various data-related tasks such as data extraction, formatting, parsing, and loading into database tables. Elaine Hackman attended Sinclair Community College from 1983 to 1984, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Data Processing. Prior to that, they attended Wright State University from 1980 to 1982, studying Business Administration and Management, but did not earn a degree. Additionally, Elaine holds a certification as a Certified Secure Systems Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP®) from (ISC)².
