Tim P Rak

Tim P Rak is an experienced professional in sales operations and legal counsel, currently serving as Sales Operations Lead and In-house Counsel at Delaware North America since May 2022. Previously, Tim held the position of Sales Support Manager at Beep, Inc. for a brief period in 2020, and served as Director of Sales Support Operations for North America at HCL Technologies from 2016 to 2017, overseeing strategic bids and research that drove growth in the SAP Digital practice. Tim worked as a Managing Consultant in the Finance and Accounting Transformation Practice at Wipro Consulting from 2014 to 2015, and earlier directed the Bid Management group at HCL Axon from 2008 to 2014. Tim holds an MBA in Strategy from Georgetown University, a JD in Law and Dispute Resolution from Tulane University Law School, and a BA in History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
