Brian Mercer

Brian Mercer possesses extensive experience in cybersecurity and web development, currently serving as Vice President of Cybersecurity at Delaware North, following roles as IT Director of Cybersecurity and IT Applications Manager specializing in DevOps and Cloud. Prior to Delaware North, Brian held various positions at Delphic Digital, including Director of Web Development, Technical Lead, and Software Developer. Educationally, Brian holds a degree in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Business Economics from Buffalo State University, completed between 2000 and 2003.
