Joseph Schratz

Joseph Schratz currently serves as the Multi-Unit General Manager for Delaware North since February 2023. Previously, Joseph held the position of Regional Director of Operations at Punch Bowl Social from May 2021 to December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Multi Unit General Manager at Fox Restaurant Concepts from March 2020 to May 2021, and a return to Punch Bowl Social where Joseph worked in various roles including Regional Director of Operations, General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Bar Manager from August 2015 to March 2020. Earlier, Joseph was the Restaurant and Bar Manager at Elway's Cherry Creek from June 2013 to February 2015 and the Food and Beverage Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. from January 2011 to May 2013.
