Laura Robinson is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various settings. Presently serving as the Starbucks Store Manager at Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC since June 2018, Laura oversees staff recruitment, training, and the implementation of new systems such as Mobile Order & Pay. Previously, Laura played a vital role in the opening team of Residence Inn Buffalo Downtown as the Assistant General Manager, and held positions such as Front Office Manager at Hyatt Place Buffalo/Amherst and Operations Manager at Courtyard Marriott. Laura's diverse background includes roles in fine dining, tutoring, and international hotel experiences, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Planning, Development, & Operations from Niagara University.
