Matthew Painter

Matthew Painter has a diverse culinary background with extensive experience in various roles within the food industry. Currently serving as a Sous Chef and previously as an Executive Sous Chef and Manager in Training at Delaware North since August 2017, Matthew has honed skills in kitchen management and food preparation. Previous positions include Sous Chef at Patina Restaurant Group in 2018 and 2019, and roles at The Culinary Institute of America, where Matthew started as a Server while completing studies toward a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Early career experiences include positions as a Fish Cutter at Stew Leonard's Farm Fresh Food and a Line Cook at Delaware North during a culinary externship, as well as an unpaid Prep Cook at Morrison Community Living.
