Ryan Kaatz

Ryan Kaatz is a seasoned professional in purchasing and logistics with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Purchasing at Delaware North since July 2021, Ryan has previously held significant roles, including Logistics Manager at the same company, and Director of Special Events at Proof of the Pudding from June 2018 to July 2021. Earlier in the career, Ryan was the Senior Purchasing Manager at Levy Restaurants from September 2009 to June 2018, and also gained experience as a Sales Associate at Darden Restaurants between August 2007 and August 2011. The career began in the food service sector as a Front of House Manager at Wild Noodles from October 2003 to June 2008. Ryan holds a degree from The University of Memphis.
