Tom Schlaker

Tom Schlaker is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry with extensive experience and leadership roles spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Director of Concessions at Levy Restaurants since June 2023, Tom has been with Delaware North since April 1994, holding positions including Director of Operations and General Manager. Tom's previous experience includes leadership roles at Oak View Group as Director of Operations, ownership at Ninth & Russell Restaurant, and management positions at Westborough Country Club and McDonald's. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Louis University, where studies were completed from 1978 to 2003.
