Wayne Adams

Wayne Adams is an accomplished General Manager with extensive experience in hospitality and event management. Currently serving as General Manager at Delaware North Companies since November 2005, Wayne has previously held key roles at BBC Television from June 1995 to April 2005, overseeing corporate events, location filming, food styling, and staff catering. Prior to that, Wayne held various positions at Compass Group UK & Ireland from March 1984 to September 1995, starting as Executive Head Chef and advancing to General Manager while leading the Eurest Culinary Team to five gold medals. Wayne is a graduate of The Mosimann Academy in London.
