Joanne Gaynor possesses extensive experience in the gaming and hospitality industry, serving as the Slot Shift Manager at Delaware Park Racetrack and Casino since November 2003. Prior to this role, Joanne worked at Showboat Hotel and Casino from October 1991 to November 2003, advancing from a Floor Attendant to a Dual Rate Shift Manager in Slot Operations.
