Karen Stauffer is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in association marketing, branding, and membership development. Currently serving as Senior Director at the Delaware Restaurant Association since March 2013, Karen has significantly contributed to membership development and retention. Prior roles include Marketing Manager at Abbott's Grill and Donations Database Manager at Light Up the Queen Foundation, where fundraising efforts supported the renovation of the Queen Theater. Earlier experience includes serving as a Server and Special Event Coordinator at Dogfish Head Craft Brewery. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Independent Studies from the University of Pittsburgh, obtained in 2000.
