Jackie Lai

Jackie Lai is an experienced professional in park management and event operations. Currently serving as the Director of Parks & Attractions at the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation since November 2009, Jackie oversees a portfolio of parks and waterfront destinations and has held various leadership roles within the organization, including General Manager of Seasonal Parks & Attractions and Assistant General Manager. Jackie contributed to the grand openings of major attractions such as Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest and Spruce Street Harbor Park. Additionally, Jackie holds the position of Operations Manager at HK Special Events Food and has experience in managing guest services for prominent events like the Ghost Ship Exhibition and Sail Philadelphia Festival 2018. Jackie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University and has a solid educational background from Penn State University and Delaware County Community College.
