A. Richard Heffron

A. Richard Heffron is the current Governor at Delaware State Chamber of Commerce. A. was previously Sr VP at DSCC from January 1992 to March 2014. Prior to that, they were the Director Dept. of Real Estate & Housing/lobbyist for the City of Wilmington from January 1984 to December 1992.

A. Richard Heffron graduated from Widener University School of Law with a BS in Social Sciences. A. then went on to study at Temple University, where they earned a second BS in Social Sciences.
