Tyler Micik

Tyler Micik is a seasoned professional in public policy and government relations, currently serving as the Director at the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce since August 2020, where responsibilities include lobbying and developing public policy priorities. Previously, Tyler held the position of Local Sort Supervisor at UPS while also gaining experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Delaware, teaching Oral Communications in Business. Tyler's career began with roles at UPS and GapVax, where skills in team leadership and process standardization were developed. Tyler holds a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.
