Christopher Carver

Christopher Carver is a Development Specialist at the Delaware State Housing Authority, where responsibilities include supporting the development team in underwriting, financing, and constructing housing projects utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Previous experience includes serving as a Real Estate Agent at Crown Homes Real Estate, analyzing market trends and developing a network to assist clients in real estate transactions. Prior roles also include an Associate position at the American Honda Finance Corporation, where communication and training skills were employed, and internships at the Convergence Center for Policy Resolution and Buenos Vecinos Empresa Social, where research and outreach were key components. Christopher is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate Development at New York University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Education and Public Policy from Penn State University.
