Prior experience includes the role of Business Editor at INDEPENDENT NEWSMEDIA, INC. USA from October 2021 to February 2023, and City Reporter at Lee Central California Newspapers from April 2016 to January 2018. Logan also held the position of Managing Editor at Independent Newspapers from November 2004 to January 2016.

The Delaware State News has served Dover and the state’s lower two counties for more than six decades. On Sept. 14, 1953, the newspaper published its first daily edition, becoming the first daily in the capital of the First State. The five-day daily is published by Independent Newsmedia, Inc. USA. The company is owned by a unique trust that enables this newspaper to pursue a mission of journalistic service to the citizens of the community. Since no dividends are paid, the company is able to thrive on profit margins below industry standards.
