Allen van Norden

Allen Van Norden is an experienced athletic professional currently serving as the Associate Athletic Director of External Affairs at Delaware State University since August 2022. In addition, Allen owns Still Learning Co, a company focused on fostering creativity and excellence since January 2019. Previously, Allen held positions as the Director of Strength & Conditioning at the University of New Orleans and Coppin State University, and served as the Director of Olympic Sports at South Carolina State University. Allen's early career includes a role as the Men's & Women's Basketball Strength & Conditioning Coach at Delaware State University. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Bowie State University, earned between 2001 and 2004.
