Rod Milstead

Rod Milstead is the Head Football Coach at Delaware State University since March 2014, focusing on developing a strong football program with an emphasis on technical competence and positive outcomes both on the field and in the community. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Football Coach, where mentorship and competition were key components in guiding young athletes. Rod Milstead also worked as a Social Services Officer for the Department of Youth & Rehabilitation Services from April 2010 to August 2013 and was a professional athlete in the National Football League from May 1992 to January 2000. Rod Milstead holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology from Delaware State University, completed in 1992.
