Troy C. Farmer, MSW, MCC, CPC, CLC, CGC has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2017 as the Director of Wo(men) Achieving New Directions Program (WAND) for Career-Readiness and Entrepreneurs at YWCA Delaware.
