Troy C. Farmer

Troy C. Farmer, MSW, MCC, CPC, CLC, CGC has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2017 as the Director of Wo(men) Achieving New Directions Program (WAND) for Career-Readiness and Entrepreneurs at YWCA Delaware. From 2012, Troy served as the CEO and Founder of E.V.A. Management Solutions, providing training, coaching, and counseling techniques to improve performance and productivity. In 2020, Troy joined Delaware State University as the Director of the Garage Maker Space, focusing on innovation, product development, and commercialization. In 2021, Troy became the Navigator Program Manager at DE Small Business Development Center.
