Emily Sergent has a strong background in human resources, currently serving as HRIS Supervisor at Delaware Valley Community Health since May 2019, having previously held positions as HR Data Specialist and Human Resources Assistant within the same organization. Prior to this role, Emily gained experience as an HR Intern at AccessMatters.Org and as Shift Lead at The Bethlehem Dairy Store for nearly six years. Additionally, Emily worked as a Corporate Trainer at Aesculap for a brief period. Emily holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Northampton Community College.
