Erica Dotson MS has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Erica is currently serving as the Director of Operations, Patient Experience and Engagement at Delaware Valley Community Health, where they oversee internal activities, ensures compliance with regulations, and promotes quality patient care and team engagement. Previously, Erica held various roles at Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers, Inc., including Director of Training & Implementation, Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Executive Associate. In these positions, they developed and delivered training programs, managed staff, and implemented electronic medical records systems. Prior to that, they worked at the University of PA Health System as the Lead New Patient Coordinator and at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in roles such as Patient Service Representative and Medical Records Clerk. Erica's experience demonstrates their expertise in operations, training, implementation, and patient care across different healthcare organizations.

Erica Dotson MS received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters and Spanish from Ursinus College, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Erica then pursued their Masters degree in Training & Organizational Development from Saint Joseph's University from 2004 to 2007.
