Joel McIntosh

Joel McIntosh, LCSW, is an experienced leader in integrated behavioral health, currently serving as the Director of Integrated Behavioral Health at Delaware Valley Community Health since May 2022. Previously, Joel McIntosh held the same title at the Philadelphia Department of Public Health from September 2017 to April 2022 and worked at Esperanza Health Center from October 2008 to September 2017 as a Behavioral Health Consultant and Social Worker/Case Manager. In addition, Joel McIntosh practiced as a Psychotherapist at Place of Refuge from April 2013 to April 2014. Academic credentials include a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Temple University (2010-2012) and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Messiah University (2002-2006).
