Cassidy Boulan, AICP, has extensive experience in transportation planning and management, currently serving as the Associate Manager in the Office of Transit, Bicycle, and Pedestrian Planning at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission since September 2010. Previous roles within the same organization include Assistant Manager for Bicycle Programs and Senior Transportation Planner, and earlier positions include Transportation Planning Intern at the City of Philadelphia and Corridor Planning Intern at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission. Cassidy's career began as the Coordinator for Planning and Special Events Programming at the Jefferson East Business Association. Academic credentials include a Master of City Planning with a focus on Transportation from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Sociology from the University of Michigan.
