Fang Yuan is an experienced professional in transportation engineering, currently serving as the Manager of the Office of Travel Modeling at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission since July 2011. Prior roles include Project Manager positions at Mygistics from October 2010 to July 2011 and at PTV America from July 2006 to December 2010. Fang Yuan holds a PhD in Transportation Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, an M.Eng in Transportation Engineering from the National University of Singapore, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Tsinghua University.
