Manager, Office Of PA Project Implementation at Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission

Joe Banks is an experienced professional with a strong background in project implementation and engineering. Since February 2011, Joe has served as Associate Manager in the Office of Project Implementation at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission. Prior to this role, Joe was the Head Coach for women's and youth girls' teams with the South Jersey Elite Barons from 2007 to 2017 and also contributed as an Assistant Coach for Women's Soccer at Rutgers University-Camden from 2013 to 2015. Joe's engineering expertise includes working as a Land Development Engineer at Taylor Wiseman & Taylor from 2005 to 2010, where responsibilities included preparing site plans, managing stormwater designs, and coordinating with regulatory agencies. Early career experience includes internships at the Philadelphia Water Department and within various project teams, focusing on survey and environmental assessments. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University, awarded in 2007.
